Here's Important information about MassHealth
If your health insurance is MassHealth, make sure MassHealth has your most up to date address, phone number, and email address. *If nothing has changed in the last three (3) years, there is no need for you to update your contact information.
From April – December 2023, members who need to renew their application will receive a blue envelope containing renewal forms in the mail. Members must submit the requested information to receive the best health benefit they qualify for and avoid interruptions in coverage.
If MassHealth is not able to contact you, your coverage may change or you may lose your coverage during your renewal.
How to report a change in your contact info:
- By calling (800) 841-2900. You will need your MassHealth ID number.
- If you are under 65, you can update your information through your online account at login.mahix.org. If you don’t have an account yet, visit login.mahix.org to make one.
