Access To Justice Program
The Chelsea Public Library is proud to partner with the Massachusetts Trial Court to offer virtual court hearing access and work space.
The library has a dedicated access space that is located in our Reference and Computer Room; please note that this area is not fully private. We have headphones with a microphone for you to utilize when using this space.
