Community Meeting - Powder Horn Hill Historic Staircase Project
The City of Chelsea will be hosting a virtual community meeting on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 6:00 pm. This will be a virtual meeting with the intent to present the final design, based on feedback from the previous community meetings, for the reconstruction of the Franklin Avenue historic staircase. Topics of discussion will include:
- Presentation of final design of Franklin Avenue Staircase reconstruction
- Discussion of tentative construction start date and schedule
- Coordination with abutters on construction phase operations and logistics
