City Service Updates for Patriots' Day

The City of Chelsea announced the following updates for City services that will be in effect for Patriots’ Day this Monday, April 15:

• Residential Parking Permit Enforcement will be suspended starting at midnight on Monday, April 15. Enforcement will resume on Tuesday, April 16, at midnight. 
• There will be no enforcement for street sweeping on Patriots’ Day. 
• City Hall and municipal buildings will be closed on Monday, April 15. Online services will remain available.
• Trash pick-up will be a one-day delay all week.
