How can I get assistance with my MassHealth Coverage renewal
If your health coverage is MassHealth, make sure MassHealth has your most up to date address, phone number and email*
* - If nothing has changed in the last three (3) years, there is no need for you to update your contact information.
Each year, MassHealth members have to renew their insurance. Most MassHealth members will receive a blue envelope in the mail with renewal forms, when it's time for their renewal.
Speak with a MassHealth expert to receive assistance with your renewal forms and ask questions:
- Make an appointment with TND's Certified Application Counselor by calling 617-712-3487
- Residents 65+ should contact the Chelsea Senior Center for assistance at 617-466-4370
Visit a Pop-up location to learn more (no appointments needed):
- Tuesdays, 4:00-7:00pm, at Chelsea City Hall (500 Broadway)
- Saturdays (7/22, 8/5, 8/19) from 10:30am-12:30pm at the Chelsea Public Library (569 Broadway)
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, at the MassHealth Enrollment Center at 45 Spruce Street
Visit La Colaborativa (318 Broadway):
- Mondays and Saturdays, 10:00am-2:00pm (beginning Monday, July 24)
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:00pm-7:00pm
- Certified Application Counselors will be available to help with applications, renewals, appeals, reviewing letters, personal information and to answer questions
