Arts & Culture Strategic Plan
This first strategic plan for arts and culture in Chelsea supports cohesive and long-term arts and culture policies to benefit residents and arts and culture stakeholders. It builds upon Chelsea’s many strengths and offers a variety of tools to address the community’s wellbeing and support the growth of Chelsea’s creative economy. It includes nearly fifty objectives to support arts and culture in the City. Based on insights from the planning process and expressed needs, three core goals were defined for Chelsea's 5-year arts and culture plan: 1. Foster community well-being, 2. Enhance community assets, 3. Support economic development.
