COVID 19

COVID-19 is a respiratory disease caused by a novel (new) coronavirus that emerged in late 2019.

Prevent the spread of respiratory viruses (cold / flu / COVID / RSV) by:

  • Get vaccinated for flu / COVID / RSV.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or use your inner elbow.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water or use hand sanitizer.
  • Stay at home when you have symptoms of any respiratory virus.
  • Consider wearing a mask to protect yourself or to protect the people around you. 
  • Avoid crowded areas and maintain physical distance.
  • Increase fresh air.
  • Use a household cleaner to clean objects that are touched often.
