The Department of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the City of Chelsea is committed to promoting ongoing diversity, equity and inclusion at City Hall. The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategic Plan is focused on creating a welcoming environment, staff recruitment and talent retention, personnel developmental training, supplier diversity and social responsibility. The Department of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion will also collaborate with Chelsea Public Schools' Office of Equity, Diversity and Excellence to help foster representation in leadership and career opportunities across all disciplines
