For an Amendment to the Planned Development Special Permit 2004 – 11 to allow for a Phase  II project to include the development of an approximately 248 – unit residential, four story building on an approximately 3.85 acre site on Stockton Street with 283 parking spaces within the building and 92 parking spaces outside the grade, and an approximately one-acre park on an adjacent parcel abutting the Mill Creek Riverwalk.

For a Special Permit for an Application Permit seeking approval for the expansion of Store 24 currently located at 936 Broadway into space formerly occupied by Dimino’s Subs at 942 Broadway.

For a Variance to allow for an Alteration Permit seeking approval for the remodeling of the basement out of the two family residential structure, into a third dwelling unit.

For a Variance for an Application for an Alteration Permit seeking approval for the conversion of  one half of an existing one (1) story commercial structure into a one (1) bedroom studio condominium apartment unit, leaving the other half for commercial use; thereby increasing the number of condominium apartment units from thirty four (34) to thirty five (35) units.
