For a Special Permit for an Application for an Alteration Permit seeking approval for the construction of a third story addition atop an existing two story masonry structure to provide an additional six (6) studio apartments with the structure currently occupied with commercial space at both levels and six (6) units within a portion of the second floor, and a Variance from various dimensional requirements.

For a Special Permit for an Alteration Permit seeking approval to add one wireless communication facility to the existing wireless communications facility including antennas, cabinets and cables upon the rooftop.
