Licensing Commission


	Powers/Duties: Except as otherwise provided by the City Charter, the Licensing Commission shall act as the licensing authority for the city with all power to grant, suspend or revoke licenses and permits for intoxicating liquors, and all licenses and permits now or hereafter vested by law in mayors and city councils of cities of the commonwealth.
