The Chelsea Emergency Management department is responsible for making sure that the City's Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan is up to date. This plan includes the evacuation, relocation, and comprehensuve list of all resources available in times of disaster. This department is also responsible for keeping the business information up to date in the police and fire dispatch programs. In order for us to make sure that the dispatch has an emergency contact for the site after hours in cases of emergency.
