The owner/operator is responsible for all costs to provide the equipment including but not limited to operator, fuel, maintenance and repairs. The City will NOT pay any additional monies over the stated hourly rates for work performed at night or on weekends and holidays. The City will provide and load sand onto the sander trucks only for the use of sanding of City streets and facilities.
The quoted rates for loaders will be applicable for both plowing use and loading use as directed by the Director of Public Works.
