Snow emergencies are determined by the Director of Public Works. Normally a Snow Emergency will be declared for storms in which four (4) or more inches are predicted. This also depends on the predicted weather immediately following the storm.
In the event that a Snow Emergency is declared Snow Emergency Lights will be activated
throughout the City.
Snow Emergency Lights shall be turned off at the conclusion of the Snow Emergency.
