during regular business hours or by mail. The fee for a certified copy of a vital record is $10.00.

A: Call the Department of Public Works 617-466-4200 please take as much information as possible and repor it to police also.

Q: I have a complaint about a business operating in Chelsea. What should I do?

Q: There's an abandoned vechicle on my street. How do I get it removed?
A: Get the name, model, year, color, and license plate number from the vechicle if possible. Make a note of the street address and / or the nearest cross street where the vechicle is located. Alert the police at 617 889-1534.
