Chelsea Community Schools offers community organizations affordable, safe, secure, state-of-the-art facilities to hold classes, meetings, workshops, and tournaments. Facilities can be used on a year-round, seasonal or one-time basis. The Williams Building is easily accessible by bus and ample parking is available.

Facilities open for use include:
        • Gymnasium
        • Auditorium
        • Cafeteria
        • Music room
        • Meeting rooms
        • Outdoor basketball courts
        • Classrooms specialized for art
        • Computer equipped classrooms

CCS partners on a regular basis with a number of community organizations ranging from Chelsea Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading to the Honduran Association of Chelsea, to Our Lady of Grace School.

Organizations must apply to use our facilities at least three (3) weeks prior to the event's start date.  Application packets are available online, in English or Spanish, or by contacting CCS.  


A completed application packet includes:
        1.  completed Use of Facilities application
        2.  signed Release and Waiver form
        3.  Signed Rules and Regulations form


Information on Publicity
Chelsea Community Schools (CCS) promotes and advertises the programs of local organizations that use the Chelsea Public Schools facilities throughout the year.  

In turn, we ask that organizations acknowledge CCS in all published materials and announcements regarding the activities supported by our program.

The sponsoring group or individual must acknowledge this support with the following written credit statement:  “This program is supported by Chelsea Community Schools,” or by using the CCS logo.  

You can request the logo from CCS on a diskette (Mac or PC) or it can be emailed to the organization. For more information, please contact our Administrative Office at (617) 466 – 4072.
