Important Information
• Regardless of the registration method, you must bring payment in cash or by money order to the Williams Building, 180 Walnut Street, Chelsea. Personal checks are not accepted.
•By Mail, Fax or Online Registration: class space is reserved for 48 hours. If payment is received after this time, your placement might not be secured.
You are officially enrolled only after we receive your registration form and payment. Class space is reserved on a first come first served basis.
Refunds and Credits
Chelsea Community Schools reserves the right to cancel or discontinue classes at its own discretion. If a course is cancelled, you have the option to get a refund or register for an alternative class during the same session.
No refunds are given after a classes have started. If we receive your request to withdraw at least two weeks prior to the start time of your course, you will receive a refund.
For students in English Language Classes ONLY: during the first two weeks of class, if a student feels that another level would be more suitable for his/her learning needs, the student will be allowed to transfer to another class pending space.
Child Care
Child care services available for children ages 4-10. Service must be requested three weeks before your class begins
Bad Weather
Classes and programs are cancelled if the Chelsea Public Schools are closed. Closings will be announced on the major television news stations -- Channels 4, 5, and 7 and on a recorded message at (617) 466 - 5233 after 2pm on weekdays, or after 7am on Saturday and Sunday
